Death Match

If you can’t win, what’s the point?

An explosive new work of physical theatre, Death Match tackles the big issues – life, death and ambition – against the backdrop of a sporting arena. Actors push themselves to their limits as they attempt to succeed in increasingly violent rounds of gruelling physical trial. Real sweat, real adrenaline, real success and real failure in front of an audience of spectators.

Playwright Morgan Rose and director Katrina Cornwell team up with Monash 3rd Year Performing Arts students in this fast-paced, breathless examination of triumph and failure.
